What Event Analytics Reports Does Info Salons Provide?

Info Salons delivers event analytics via Microsoft PowerBI dashboards, with reports available as interactive online views or scheduled PDF deliveries to organisers. Reports cover attendance patterns, session occupancy, category breakdowns, and real-time footfall data throughout the event day.

Standard report types include:

1. Daily attendance summary — total arrivals, by hour, by registration type (pre-registered vs walk-in)

2. Midday flash report — running total sent at noon for same-day decisions

3. Attendee category breakdown — buyer, visitor, VIP, exhibitor, media, contractor

4. Unique vs returning visitor rate — tracks how many attendees return on Day 2 or 3

5. Session/zone occupancy — for events using access control, shows room-level and hall-level traffic

6. Post-event final report — full event debrief with trend comparison to previous editions

This applies to events using Info Salons' onsite registration or access control system. Data volume and report granularity scale with attendee numbers.
