All data is stored on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. You retain full ownership of all event data at all times — we never share, sell, or use your data for any purpose beyond what is agreed.
At Info Salons Asia, data ownership is non-negotiable. Every attendee record, registration response, and post-event report belongs to you — not us. We operate as a data processor under your instructions, never as a data controller with independent rights over your event data.
Our infrastructure is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. Data is stored on encrypted servers with role-based access controls — you decide who on your team sees what. At event close, a full data export is delivered to you in your preferred format. We do not retain your data beyond the agreed period, and we never share it with third parties.
For events with attendees from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, or the European Union, our systems are compliant with PDPO, PIPL, and GDPR by design — consent capture, data minimisation, and the right to erasure are all built into the registration workflow, not added as afterthoughts.
