Eight themed exhibitions running concurrently is, operationally, eight shows sharing one venue and one audience. A visitor may move between the corrugated, folding-carton, digital-printing and labelling halls in a single day, and the registration system has to treat them as one person across all eight — not eight separate check-ins.
At the same time, the scale is substantial: 158,659 visits across three days, with 19,682 of them arriving from more than 130 countries and regions. That combination — high international volume plus a multi-show floor — makes fast, unified registration and reliable onsite technology the difference between smooth movement and congestion at the door.
Applicability note: This applies to multi-show events sharing one venue and one registration flow. A single-theme exhibition with one entry does not face the same cross-show unification demand.
